The practice is run by James Cockle FRICS, a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over 25 years experience in the property industry. Property Management
Trading as Covenant Management, we operate a Residential Block Management Department, specialising in the running of apartment buildings and residential estates. Our dedicated staff are able to provide a very focused approach to this highly regulated and increasingly complex area of property management. We are members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).
